Half devoted to the mockumentary star's home country, half to America, this spinoff is about half as much fun as Sacha Baron Cohen's 2006 movie. Though sharp at times (''Some famous homosexuals American men includes Spiderman, Ronald Micdonalds and Madonna''), he leans on his favorite taboo punchlines — rape, selling women, fearing Jews (and throwing them down wells) — until they're boring, not shocking. Borat: Touristic Guidings to MinorNation of U.S. and A. and...Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan is the perfect gift for the guy in your office who's still saying ''It's niiice!'' B-
