Director Michael Moore's latest documentary is a funny, devastating screed against the U.S. health-care system. Though it can lapse into grandstanding extolling the virtues of, say, Cuba probably won't silence Moore's conservative critics Sicko keeps its focus exactly where it should: on story after infuriating story of middle-class Americans who've been jilted by the medical-insurance industry. EXTRAS Over 80 minutes of material include a hilarious trip to Norway; Moore thought the portrait of that progressive country and its endless social services was ''so scary I couldn't put it in this film.''
