Things get personal for kickass police lieutenant Eve Dallas when a sadistic serial killer who once eluded her returns to futuristic New York City to kidnap and torture other brunettes, each with a connection to Eve's husband, Roarke. Eve is determined to work every angle to catch the predator and make him pay, including bending the law and dangling herself as bait. B+
