Director John Singleton is set to helm Executive Order: Six, an alien thriller being financed by Ryan Kavanaugh's Relativity. The script, penned by Phillip Eisner (Event Horizon) and Robbie Consing, is about a group of residents of a small, snowbound town, who have to fight a mysterious alien being unleashed by a plane crash. Singleton last directed Four Brothers. He was expected to direct Tulia, with Halle Berry and Billy Bob Thornton, but that project is now delayed because of Berry's pregnancy. (Variety)
