Talks between the Writers Guild of America and the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers will resume this morning (Nov. 27) at 10 a.m. Pacific time. The first of three planned days of negotiations began on Monday at an undisclosed Los Angeles hotel. It is the first time the two sides formally sat at the bargaining table since the strike began on Nov. 4. Due to a mutually agreed upon media blackout, no details were released about the first day of talks. Picketing resumed on Monday at most major lots in Hollywood. Presidential candidate John Edwards is scheduled to march at the Solidarity Rally today at noon Eastern time in New York's Washington Park. (Variety)
