on Nov. 24 in Santa Barbara.... Actress Jaime King (Sin City), 28, tied

set of their upcoming movie, Fanboys, which Newman directed.

Hanson drummer Zac Hanson, 22, and wife Kate, 23, are having their first

BIRTHS
After making hits with Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado, music
producer Timbaland (né Timothy Mosley), 35, has collaborated with his
fiancée and publicist, Monique Idlett, to produce a baby girl on Nov. 16
in Miami. The couple plan to wed next year.... There's a new kid on the
block for Dancing With the Stars season 1 contestant Joey McIntyre, 34,
and wife Barrett: Son Griffin was born Nov. 20 in L.A.... Singer Usher,
29, and wife Tameka Foster, 36, said ''Yeah!'' to a boy on Nov. 26 in
Atlanta.
HONORS
Juno, a sweetly subversive teen comedy, The Savages, a tragicomic tale
of two siblings caring for their dying dad, and Todd Haynes' Bob Dylan
biopic I'm Not There topped the list of nominees for the 2008 Spirit
Awards, which honor independent filmmaking. Individual acting nods went
to Angelina Jolie (A Mighty Heart), Philip Seymour Hoffman (The Savages), and Cate Blanchett (I'm Not There), among others. The trophies
will be presented Feb. 23 one day before the Academy Awards and
televised on IFC.
INJURED
On Nov. 26, two stuntmen suffered accidental burns while shooting a
scene for the 2008 Adam Sandler comedy You Don't Mess With the Zohan on
the Universal Studios backlot. They were treated at a Sherman Oaks,
Calif., hospital and are in stable condition.
SPLIT
Linda Marie Bollea, 48, filed for divorce from former pro wrestler/Hogan
Knows Best star Hulk Hogan (né Terry Gene Bollea), 54, on Nov. 20 in
Clearwater, Fla. The couple have been married for 24 years.
CANCELED
On Dec. 11, Emeril Lagasse, 48, will tape the final episode of Emeril Live, ending the show's 10-year run on the Food Network. The Cajun chef
will continue to host The Essence of Emeril for the channel.... Citing
''intense emotional strain,'' singer Amy Winehouse, 24, has halted her
European tour and canceled all appearances for the rest of the year. In
the past few weeks alone, she's been slammed by critics and arrested on
marijuana charges and she saw her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, go
to jail for alleged witness tampering. ''I'm so sorry but I don't want to
do the shows half-heartedly,'' Winehouse wrote on her website. Her reps
could not be reached for further comment.
DISASTER
A vacant house owned by Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea (né Michael
Balzary), 45, was one of 53 homes destroyed last week by wildfires in
Malibu, Calif. The musician had put the property on the market before
the blaze.
COURTS
Bachelor season 6 winner Mary Delgado, 40, was arrested on Nov. 21 in
Tampa for allegedly assaulting fiancé Byron Velvick (a.k.a. the
Bachelor), 43. Delgado could not be reached for comment.... On Nov. 23
in Honolulu, Lost actor Daniel Dae Kim, 39, pleaded not guilty to a DUI
charge stemming from his Oct. 25 arrest. He'll return to court on Feb.
15.... A former New York City DEA agent accused Universal Studios of
defamation in connection with the film American Gangster. In a letter to
the company dated Nov. 23, Gregory Korniloff demands that Universal
retract and correct the film's claim that the collaboration between '70s
drug kingpin Frank Lucas (played in Gangster by Denzel Washington) and
New Jersey detective Richie Roberts (played by Russell Crowe) ''led to
the convictions of three-quarters of New York City's Drug Enforcement
Agency.''... Kanye West, 30, and daredevil Robert Craig ''Evel'' Knievel,
69, agreed to settle a 2006 lawsuit. Knievel had accused West of
copyright infringement; he claimed the rapper's 2005 ''Touch the Sky''
video was filled with Knievel-esque stunts.

Emmy-winning TV writer Mel Tolkin (Your Show of Shows), 94, of natural

LEGACY: Casey Calvert (1981-2007)
On Nov. 24, while his band's bus was parked outside a
Washington, D.C., club, Hawthorne Heights guitarist Calvert passed away
in his sleep. (The cause of death is unknown.) Heights had just hit the
road to support their 2006 hit If Only You Were Lonely. Fall Out Boy's
Joe Trohman, who toured with Calvert, recalled his ''great attitude.... I

LEGACY: Kevin DuBrow (1955-2007)
With his leather lungs, spandex pants, and curly mop, Quiet
Riot frontman DuBrow helped launch the great hair-metal trend of the
'80s. DuBrow, who was found dead of undetermined causes at his Las Vegas
home on Nov. 25, sang on such hits as ''Cum On Feel the Noize'' an anthem
that made QR's 1983 release Metal Health the first modern metal album to
top Billboard's chart. ''They carried the banner for rock & roll when no
one else was doing it,'' says Twisted Sister's Dee Snider. ''They started
