This passable Devil Wears Prada knockoff, The Nanny Diaries, about an overwhelmed college grad (Johansson) who cares for the neglected scion of wretched NYC royalty, isn't without its charms. Linney is admirably unnerving as the self-absorbed Mrs. X, but child vomit doesn't offer the same vicarious thrills as high fashion. EXTRAS Exec producer Harvey Weinstein offered a $100,000 bounty for Mrs. X's identity, but in ''Confessions From the Original Nannies,'' the book's authors, Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus, insist she was a fictional amalgam.
