It's the day 24 flew off the rails: Jack's back all wack from a Chinese prison and fighting Islamic terrorists; by hour 2, he's bitten a baddie in the jugular and spat out his throat. It's also the season with the best guests, including Ricky Schroder as Jack's backstabbing Mini-Me, Peter MacNicol as a rogue chief of staff, and Regina King as the righteous First Sister. Even peanut-chomping techie Milo (Eric Balfour) returns. EXTRAS Balfour and Kiefer Sutherland do commentaries on some over-the-top episodes; an Easter egg reveals Jack's Simpsons episode. B
