(FROM VARIETY) First the telecast. Then the parties. Now the cancellation of the Golden Globes ceremony has another casualty: Steven Spielberg. The filmmaker (whose Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull premieres May 22) had been due to receive the Cecil B. DeMille award for lifetime achievement on Sunday. But yesterday's decision to reformat the show as a much-less-glitzy news program convinced the Hollywood Foreign Press to postpone the honor until next year, when, presumably, a proper ceremony will be held.
