Don't look for The WB to launch a seventh night of programming come fall. A 15 percent loss in viewership this year (due mainly to Chicago station WGN dropping the net) KO'd The WB's expansion plans, especially since that would have meant forging into one of the lowest-rated nights on television Saturdays. ''It's not like we feel that if we're not on seven nights, we're not a real network,'' says a WB exec. ''We're already a real network.'' Hey, we'll be the judge of that.
