If stagnancy's a virtue, Aussie geezers AC/DC are on the highway to heaven. In Stiff Upper Lip, their bluesy barroom rock makes zero concessions to contemporary metal's low-tuned terror. It's refreshing that these anthems would be at home on 1980's Back in Black; it's also depressing that non approach the savagery of AC/DC's priapic classic, ''You Shook Me All Night Long.'' C+
