Perhaps the current wave of label mergers is fitting, since the talent emerging from them is all becoming interchaneable. Take for instance, the Hong Kong-born, America-raised divette CoCo Lee. From its drama-queen ballads to its limpest of R&B moves, from its Mariah-wannabe mannerisms to its contrived hip-hop to its defiantly banal song titles (''Do You Want My Love,'' ''I Will Be Your Friend''), Lee's U.S. debut Just No Other Way is monstrously impersonal product. It gives assembly lines such a bad name that Ford Motor should sue. D
