Then there's America's sweetheart, Jenna Elfman (Dharma & Greg), working the boards in black bra and panties, getting physical — and psychodramaturgical, too — with Miguel Ferrer (Lateline) in the second of Milton Katselas' two new one-act plays about mentor-muse relationships. She's a promiscuous supermodel; he's a misogynistic novelist, and together they're a walking bicoastal cliche. Still, the manic-depressive chemistry between Elfman, reigning queen of ditz, and Ferrer, king of hard-boiled brio, works wonders even when the overwrought Lovers lets them down in the vision department. And you really don't want to miss either actor's underwear dance. Elfman and Ferrer alternate the roles with Phina Oruche and James Wilder. B-
