If you're a celeb and you suddenly find yourself a punchline on Comedy Central's South Park, say your prayers. ''We have this weird way of making things happen,'' says Park cocreator Trey Parker. ''Right as the Kathie Lee Gifford episode was about to come out, the big thing with her and her husband [Frank Gifford] happened. And then we were doing this Princess Diana episode, and she died, so we scrapped it. Then we did a Shari Lewis [joke], and she died.'' Partner Matt Stone says a recent gag about NBC's Suddenly Susan was in the works, but cast member David Strickland committed suicide. Naturally, ''we took it out,'' says Stone. Although they're unnerved, the two are considering ways to profit from their Cassandra-like powers: They're thinking of changing the plot of their first feature (South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut) to ''Matt and Trey get a million, billion dollars'' and, says Parker, ''go live in Hawaii.'' Don Ho had better watch his back.
