Actor Kiefer Sutherland, who had been serving a 48-day sentence on a DUI conviction, was released Monday from a Glendale, Calif., jail. The 41-year-old 24 star, whom officials described as a model inmate, was also sentenced to five years' probation and must finish an 18-month alcohol education program.
