DIANE LANE IN UNTRACEABLE
John Bramley
Just like action-thrillers The Net and Die Hard: With a Vengeance, Untraceable shows how the Internet can be manipulated by the bad guys. Jennifer Marsh (Diane Lane) tracks a serial killer who creates websites that show the slow death of his victims. The more people who visit the site, the quicker the innocent die. Things go completely off the rails when we hear Marsh's young daughter announce, ''Mom, there is a video of our house on the computer.'' Creepy.
