The people's casting call--A new website lets you pick the actors for the indie film ''Returning Mickey Stern''

You can't pick the next Anakin, but three young filmmakers think it may soon be an option. For now, they're letting you cast the indie comedy Returning Mickey Stern. Until March 20, log on to CastOurMovie.com (www.castourmovie.com), browse auditions of 12 rookie thespians up for four roles, and vote. So far, thousands of surfers have weighed in, inviting comparisons to another Net phenom. Says writer-director Michael Prywes: ''The thing about Blair Witch was that they introduced you to the film...after it was shot. We wanted to show people what it's like to make a movie.''
