Another day, another teen pop-ette. This time it's Don Ho's 19-year-old daughter Hoku, singing the catchy but indistinguishable boys-are-jerks breakout from the Snow Day soundtrack, ''Another Dumb Blonde.'' From the requisite vocoderizing to team-written lyrics that shovel on the cliches, it's kitchen sink as pop single. C
