Myposian sheepherder Balki (a slightly hot Bronson Pinchot) moves in with neurotic Chicago cousin Larry (Mark Linn-Baker) and learns how to be an American on Perfect Strangers. MUST-WATCH EPISODE None, but the two-part ''Snow Way to Treat a Lady'' has its charms. After an avalanche buries the boys in a cabin, Larry finally admits that honest, hairy-chested Balki is wiser than he'll ever be. CHOICE EXTRA There's only one — a highlight reel. We're not doing the ''dance of joy.'' C+
