Walking Tall
Into the Wild's Emile Hirsch gets serious — again — on the San Francisco set of Milk. The biopic re-creates the life of Harvey Milk (Sean Penn), California's first openly gay elected official. Hirsch plays Milk's intern and friend Cleve Jones, who went on to create the AIDS Memorial Quilt.

The Wedding Planners
Director Griffin Dunne and Uma Thurman admire their handiwork on the Greenwich, Conn., set of The Accidental Husband (out Aug. 15). She stars as a relationship expert and duped bride-to-be, while Colin Firth and Grey's Anatomy's Jeffrey Dean Morgan play her battling love interests.
