''Holoholo Ka'a,'' Maui-born Willie K's happy injection of adrenaline, and ''Right On,'' the New York-based Moonlighters' lively jitterbug, will get anyone's grass skirt a-shakin' (especially those with an affinity for ukuleles and slack key guitars). For more calming moments, there are a couple of reggae-tinged numbers and a delicious poi of soothing voices that make it the next best thing to actually being there. A
