A rep for pop star Pink (née Alecia Moore), 28, has confirmed that the
singer and her moto-cross racer husband Carey Hart, 32, have separated.
The couple have been married for two years.
COURTS
Construction worker Diego Pillco, 20, pleaded guilty on Feb. 14 in NYC
to first-degree manslaughter in the November 2006 death of Waitress actress-director Adrienne Shelly. In a deal with the Manhattan district
attorney, Pillco will be sentenced to 25 years in prison without parole
for what he described as a robbery gone wrong.... In a Feb. 14 ruling,
an L.A. judge transferred control of a trust belonging to Britney Spears, 26, to her brother, Bryan, 30, and a Spears family lawyer. The
trust, reportedly worth $100 million, includes most of her liquid
assets. (As co-conservator of his daughter's estate, father Jamie will
continue to oversee her personal affairs.) The singer's rep did not
return calls for comment.... Actress Bai Ling (Lost), 41, was charged with shoplifting on Feb. 13 after allegedly stealing $16 worth of
magazines and batteries from a gift shop in Los Angeles International
Airport. Ling was released on $1,000 bail and is due in court on March
5. Her agent did not return calls for comment.... On Feb. 14 in NYC, 50
Cent associate Tony Yayo (né Marvin Bernard), 29, was sentenced to 10
days' community service after pleading guilty to harassing the
14-year-old son of a rival artist's manager on a Manhattan street last
March. The rapper admitted he glared at the boy, intending to threaten
physical violence.

Actor David Groh, 68, who played Joe, Valerie Harper's husband on Rhoda, of kidney cancer, Feb. 12, in L.A. Says friend Martin Landau: ''David was

When Heath Ledger passed away before he finished filming Terry
Gilliam's circus fantasy The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus last month,
the director was tasked with finding an actor to take over his star's
role. Instead, he found three: Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell. Gilliam has yet to reveal how the collaboration will work (character
details are under wraps), but it's rumored that the part will be split
between the actors and original footage of Ledger a fitting tribute to
the chameleonic performer. Adam Markovitz
