Well, forget about that: Jim Carrey takes a typically hyperactive tack in this CG feature from the Ice Age team. Steve Carell is the teeny Who mayor trying to convince the citizenry that their dust-speck world is in ecosystemic peril. Yes, that means a lot of allusions to global warming. (March 14)
