In the proud, straight-to-DVD tradition of American Pie Presents: Band Camp, Bachelor Party 2 is neither as funny as the original nor as excruciating as you'd expect. Yes, one may wonder why it took 24 years to cough up a sequel to the 1984 Tom Hanks romp, but that kind of thinking doesn't belong anywhere near this cavalcade of booze, boobs, and boner jokes. Cooke plays the likable groom-to-be who resists temptation at every turn. Too bad he didn't show as much spine with his agent. EXTRAS include the pithily titled ''Analysis of a Stripper Fight.'' C-
