Details Release Date: Mar 18, 2008; Lead Performance: Flo Rida; Genre: Hip-Hop/Rap

Judging from Mail on Sunday, Flo Rida's auspicious debut, it's abundantly clear that this Sunshine State-hailing rapper plans to upkeep that steady party vibe he unleashed with the omnipresent anthem ''Low,'' featuring T-Pain. His guests on Sunday bring ferocious beats (like will.i.am on ''In the Ayer'') and infectious hooks (Sean Kingston on ''Roll'') — while producer J.R. Rotem intoxicates with ''Ms. Hangover,'' on which Flo uses top-shelf booze to describe a female's curves. And as far as insanely catchy booty-track metaphors go, we've also gotta give this gentleman credit for creativity. B+
