Borat's main squeeze stepped out on set in NYC while Waldo fled the feds Bourne-style, but the rest of the action centered in L.A.: Jim Carrey made funny faces (shocking!) at the Horton premiere, and Idols trumpeted another week of life and song on the stage.

Tooting His Own Horn
Jim Carrey hams it up at the March 8 premiere of his newest Dr. Seussian romp, Horton Hears a Who!, in which he voices the heroic elephant Horton.

Web Obsession of the Week
If producers can't entice Matt Damon back for another Bourne sequel, no worries: The original undercover traveler Waldo (yes, of kids'-book fame) is prepped and ready to go. In fact, the red-striped chameleon has already cut a trailer. As one G-man says, ''He's the toughest target you'll ever track. He's really good at hiding.'' Our sentiments exactly. In Catherine Hardwicke's adaptation of Twilight, immortal enemies Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and James (Cam Gigandet) are at each other's throats over a teenage girl. ''First there was honey-covered chicken on my neck for Robert to bite. Then they melted cheese all over my neck when we ran out of chicken. It was disgusting,'' said Gigandet about his high-calorie fight.
