Female spin-off Rah Digga (real name: Rashia Fisher) from Busta Rhyme's Flipmode Squad has a rottweiler growl that makes her sound like she's rapping with a sneer. Her lyrics are little more than a laundry list of redundant girl-power boasts, but Dirty Harriet's production dream team (which includes Pete Rock, the Ruff Ryders' DJ Shok, and DJ Premiere) takes a head-spinning tour through rap regionalism, from Southern booty bumps to East Coast Wu-Tangy coffin chillers. B+
