Coming on like the successor to ''How Do I Live,'' the schlock-deluxe ballad ''I Need You'' finds LeAnn Rimes in full diva mode, swooning and growling like a Celine Dion impersonator on Your Big Break. Actually, it's from the soundtrack to another TV event, the Jesus TV miniseries, which makes one wonder what she has in mind when she sings romantic lines like ''There's a freedom in your arms that carries me through.'' C+
