SOUP'S OFF: Has the recipe for E! Entertainment Television's Talk Soup gone bad? Since Geraldo stopped allowing Greg Kinnear's show to use its clips last year, another top talker, Jenny Jones, has followed suit. ''If they want to spoof our shows, that's up to them,'' says Warner Bros. executive Barbara Brogliatti, who made the decision to withhold the material. ''But why should we help them?'' Geraldo exec producer Martin Berman says he might consider making his clips available to a kinder, gentler competitor (reportedly, there is one on the drawing board at Fox), but he makes it clear that he has no intention of getting back into Soup again. ''They bite the hand that feeds them,'' says Berman, ''and you can only get away with that for so long.''
