(FROM HOLLYWOOD REPORTER) - Ian McShane (Deadwood) will star in NBC's upcoming drama pilot Kings. The story, loosely based on that of King David, is about a pure-hearted young warrior (Christopher Egan) who joins the court of the charismatic, authoritative King Silas (McShane). Kings is one of four dramas expected to be presented at NBC's upfront on Wednesday (April 2), along with Knight Rider, My Worst Enemy, and The Philanthropist. (Hollywood Reporter)
