PLOT SUMMARY: Roslin is one of the many people detained after the suicide bombing. She refuses Baltar's request to work together to stop such acts, and she is let go. Former Galactica crewman Jammer (Dominic Zamprogna) is a leader in the new security force that rounds up dozens, including Cally. Leoben plays on Starbuck's emotions by bringing her a little girl he says is hers, from when her ovaries were harvested. On Galactica, Adama restores Sharon to the military as part of a plan to have her go back to New Caprica with the rescue crew, infiltrate the Cylon facilities, and steal the launch keys to all the grounded Colonial ships. After being hit by a second suicide bomber, the Cylons try to squelch the rebellion by executing suspected members. Mama Boomer meets with Anders in the woods to plan the escape and gets ambushed by Cylons.
CRITIQUE: This was the less powerful second hour of the show's season opener, with lots of setup for the rescue/escape mission to come.
