(FROM HOLLYWOOD REPORTER) – Documentary filmmaker Errol Morris (Fog of War) is writing the screenplay for The End of Everything, a feature comedy based on real events. The strange story covers a range of subjects, including a wingless bird, author Margaret Mitchell, a volcano, and Laura Bush. Morris is currently starting a publicity tour for his upcoming documentary Standard Operating Procedure, which focuses on the Abu Ghraib scandal. It opens on April 25. (Hollywood Reporter)
