(FROM AP) – Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is set to reprise his role in the London production of Peter Shaffer's play Equus for a Broadway run scheduled to open in September. Radcliffe earned rave reviews for his portrayal of the disturbed stable boy as well as considerable attention for appearing naked onstage. Richard Griffiths, who portrays Harry's mean Uncle Vernon in the Potter movies, will also reprise his London role as the psychiatrist who treats the stable boy. Radcliffe will make his Broadway debut when Equus begins previews Sept. 5 for a limited 22-week run at the Broadhurst Theatre, Sept. 25-Feb. 8, 2009. Thea Sharrock directs. (AP via Yahoo!)
