In addition to including all the bonus features found on its standard-definition counterpart, the Blu-ray version of Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story is the first title to offer exclusive online content via Sony's BD-Live feature. Viewers with Internet-connected players can download three mini-featurettes starring Saturday Night Live's Bill Hader as Derek Stone, ''World Famous Coxologist.'' The short clips are modest but satisfying extras, as Hader is pitch-perfect playing the sort of overly earnest rock historian who can assert with a straight face during an analysis of Dewey's racially charged lyrics that, ''the mulatto movement culminated at the turn of the century with Vin Diesel in the film XXX.'' All the amateur Coxologists out there will appreciate the insight.
