(FROM BILLBOARD) - Teen singer-actress Miley Cyrus is writing a memoir set to be published in the spring of 2009 by Disney-Hyperion Books. The book will tell the story of Cyrus' journey from her roots in the Southern U.S. to Hollywood and include details and photos of her and her famous family, which includes her father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus of ''Achy Breaky Heart'' fame. Cyrus, 15, has become a teen and tween icon in recent years as ''Hannah Montana'' on the Disney Channel show of the same name. Cyrus' 3-D concert movie, Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert, set records last February when it grossed $29 million over Super Bowl weekend. ''I am so excited to let fans in on how important my relationship with my family is to me,'' Cyrus said in a statement. ''I hope to motivate mothers and daughters to build lifetimes of memories together, and inspire kids around the world to live their dreams.'' (Billboard)
