In Loose Cannons, a dunderheaded buddy movie, Dan Aykroyd plays a cop with multiple personalities, beginning as his usual techno-nerd in a bow tie and launching rapid-fire impressions of pop- culture icons. Aykroyd is a serviceable impressionist, but his act can't carry an entire movie. It's like watching a guy dance around with a lampshade on his head. Gene Hackman plays the other cop. F
