(FROM BILLBOARD) – Amy Winehouse was released from police custody on Saturday (April 26) with a formal police caution after being taken in for questioning related to assault allegations from a night out last week. The police caution for assault means she was not charged, but the incident will remain on her record and could count against her if she is charged with a similar offense in future. The 24-year-old singer was arrested for allegedly headbutting a man outside a London pub early-morning on April 23. Photos of her looking rather haggardly on the night in question circulated the Internet last week, including one of her walking into a lamppost. (Billboard)
