Ossian: American Boy/Tibetan Monk (1990)

Details Genre: Documentary; Distributor: Mystic Fire Video

Ossian Kennard Maclise, an American-born child living with his parents in Nepal, became a Tibetan Buddhist novice monk at age 4 and at age 7 was recognized by his priests as the reincarnation of a high lama-the first Westerner ever so esteemed.
