The freewheeling spirit of Tijuana Sound Machine finds an appropriately eclectic voice here. Ramon ''Bostich'' Amezcua and Pepe ''Fussible'' Mogt, two of the Nortec Collective's four producers, spend the disc hopscotching through genres: Latin horns and accordions share space with metronomic house beats, while Daft Punk-esque vocoders drone over acoustic indie-rock strumming. As the styles tumble harmoniously into one another, Bostich + Fussible hit a sweet spot that's less ''world music'' than blissfully whirled music. A-
