Citybook: Shelley Rotner and Ken Kreisler
Rotner's lovely photographs of New York City show a boy taking in the sights-subways, taxis, a cityscape at night. Unfortunately, neither the photos nor the uninspired text (''Window shopping, sometimes stopping'') convey the child's response to these urban excitements. C
