Delightfully improbable chemistry sustains The Bridges of Madison County and its weepy adaptation of a literary phenomenon about a frustrated Iowa housewife's fling with a worldly photographer. EXTRAS Hardly deluxe, but a nice making-of delves into what was once considered risky casting. Meryl Streep, who's 19 years Clint Eastwood's junior, remembers the studio worrying she was too old. Eastwood was also an odd choice, but editor Joel Cox reveals in a commentary that after years of onscreen machismo, ''he's actually portraying himself.'' B
