Augustana broke out after their '06 pop-rock single ''Boston'' turned up on the sitcom Scrubs. Their second CD Can't Love, Can't Hurt features some similar, brightly produced anthemic laments — including new single ''Sweet and Low'' — that could nicely accompany the sight of Zach Braff learning an important lesson. The piano-driven ''Fire'' is a less epic affair that showcases the appealing vocals of singer Dan Layus. Meanwhile, music supervisors in search of a ''shambling Black Crowes-type track,'' but unable to secure the real thing, could do worse than lend an ear to the loose-limbed ''Dust.'' B
