(FROM VARIETY) — Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr. and Christian Slater will costar in the action thriller Lies & Illusions, which starts production this week in Washington state. The plot of the film revolves around a writer, a spy, a dead woman, and millions of dollars. Directed by veteran TV helmer Tibor Takács, the film marks a reunion of sorts for the two '90s youth icons: Slater and Gooding both played themselves in the 2001 satire Zoolander. (Variety)
