(FROM CBS) - Former American Idol contestant Luke Menard has been diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma, according to a rep for the singer's a capella group Chapter 6. News of the 29-year-old's illness was first reported by VoteForTheWorst.com. The Leukemia & Lymphona Society website says that Hodgkin Lymphoma may be treated with radiation therapy or a combination of drugs and describes it as having ''a high cure rate.'' Menard made it to the Top 16 on this season of Idol before being voted off in March.
