Ever since the California Supreme Court legalized same-sex marriage on May 15, Hollywood's been buzzing with wedding plans. Ellen DeGeneres, 50, announced her engagement to Portia de Rossi, 35 (''I can't wait to get married!... P.S. I'm registered at Crate & Barrel''). And Star Trekalum George Takei, 71, is getting hitched to longtime partner Brad Altman, 54. ''It's a matter of making our love legal and equal to everybody else,'' Takei tells EW. The couple may not have picked a china pattern yet, but they're considering a certain housewares and furniture emporium. Laughs Takei: ''Crate & Barrel is where we do a lot of our shopping!''
