(FROM HOLLYWOOD REPORTER) – Filmmaker Robert Rodriguez (Grindhouse, From Dusk Til Dawn) is shopping to networks Women in Chains!, a women's prison drama starring Rose McGowan, which Rogriguez will probably direct. The show is said to have a 1970s exploitation film vibe similar to the Grindhouse double feature Rodriguez co-directed with Quentin Tarantino. A spec script, written by Josh Miller and Mark Fortin, has reportedly been sent to several networks, including NBC and FX. The director previously worked with McGowan on his Planet Terror half of Grindhouse. ( Hollywood Reporter)
