If you aren't hip to her Nickelodeon series, you may recall iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove's turn in School of Rock, as the kiddie band's no-nonsense manager. Now 15, she takes the mic on four squeaky-clean tracks, the best being bleacher stomper ''Stay My Baby.'' With much of the CD featuring familiar toe-tappers from the likes of Good Charlotte and Avril Lavigne, the only other new song is from the Naked Brothers Band (''Face in the Hall''). A lukewarm pop-rock rave-up, it should've been cut to make room for more Cosgrove. B-
