(FROM VARIETY) – Jeff Goldblum is replacing Chris Noth in the next season of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Goldblum will be seen in half of the season's episodes, and Vincent D'Onofrio is in talks to reprise his role in the other half. Noth originated the character of Mike Logan on Law & Order in 1990, left in 1995, then reprised the role on Criminal Intent in 2005. Goldblum's previous TV credits include the short-lived NBC drama Raines and the Starz telepic Pittsburgh. He also appeared in an episode of Starz' Head Case. USA will air the upcoming eighth season of Criminal Intent this fall. (Variety)
