Musician Henry Rollins made headlines this week

REGARDING HENRY: Arsenio Hall's not as hip as he used to be. Miller named punk- thrash musician Henry Rollins, but Hall didn't know who Rollins was. The next day, however, Rollins' agent got a call from Arsenio's staff asking the singer to appear on the show. How did Rollins become the toast of the talk-show circuit? ''Maybe I'm not trying to promote myself,'' says Rollins, ''so I'm not coming off like a walking commercial.''
