Disney, Scott Rudin Doing Synchronized Swimming Comedy

(FROM THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER) – Disney and producer Scott Rudin (No Country For Old Men, Stop-Loss) are developing Synchronicity, a feature comedy based on male synchronized swimming. The project, which will feature at least two male leading roles, is described as being similar to comedies like Will Ferrell's Blades of Glory, which spoofed competitive ice skating, and Ben Stiller's Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. In addition to his long string of dramatic hits, Rudin also produced the Jack Black comedy School of Rock. (Hollywood Reporter)
